چکیده
Die Einführung mobiler Technologien in Unternehmen erfolgt häufig technikgetrieben und ohne genaue Kenntnis der konkreten, zu realisierenden Nutzenpotenziale. Es wird deshalb ein Vorgehensmodell vorgestellt, mit dem das Mobilitätspotenzial von Geschäftsprozessen systematisch analysiert werden kann. Im Vordergrund steht dabei die Verteilungsstruktur der Geschäftsprozesse. Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil dieses Modells ist die Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertung für mobile Prozesse. Das Modell wird am Beispiel von Vertriebsprozessen eines Versicherungsunternehmens erläutert.
